"I don't feel like I have any major problems," Djokovic discusses his physical condition

Novak Djokovic secured another straight-sets victory at Roland-Garros 2025, this time against Corentin Moutet. Although the Serbian player suffered from a blister on his foot that required treatment after the match, he was quick to reassure everyone.
Speaking at the press conference, he addressed the physical discomfort but insisted he feels fine: "I’m in pretty good shape at the moment. I don’t feel like I have any major issues.
It’s true that it took nearly an hour to treat the blister and the bleeding. They gave injections to drain the blood, then inserted a tube to draw out the fluid from the blister.
It wasn’t very pleasant, as you can imagine, but it’s something anyone in this situation has experienced before.
That’s also why I’m here a bit later, and I apologize for that, guys (referring to his delayed press conference). That said, I don’t think it will affect my recovery.
It was a three-hour match with a lot of sprinting, but a good three-hour session.
The advantage of Grand Slams is that we have a day to recover, so there’s plenty of time to prepare for the next match."
In the third round, Djokovic will face Filip Misolic, who defeated Denis Shapovalov.
