"I don't know what tactic I would use against him because he has an answer for everything," says Ivanisevic about Sinner

In an interview shared by *Tennis Up To Date*, Tsitsipas's current coach, Ivanisevic, reflected on the Wimbledon final. According to him, Sinner has reached such a level of play that he will be nearly impossible to beat.
"Even when you're at 100%, your chances are slim. I thought Novak could do it in the Wimbledon semifinals, but unfortunately, he wasn’t quite ready. Djokovic is the greatest tennis player of all time, but what these two (Alcaraz and Sinner) are doing is on another level. Sinner is better, stronger. I don’t know what tactic I would use against him because he has an answer for everything.
Even after Roland-Garros, he comes back, gets stronger, and wins the tournament. The final was very competitive. Sinner was better, and in my opinion, he is currently a slightly superior player to Alcaraz. Both are five steps ahead of the rest. The only one who could compete with them is Djokovic, but the others don’t stand a chance."
Having won three of the last four Grand Slams, Sinner will arrive at the US Open full of confidence. Moreover, since late 2023, the Italian has seemed practically unbeatable on hard courts.
