"I would compare him to Michael Jordan," Tsitsipas reveals his GOAT of men's and women's tennis

I would compare him to Michael Jordan, Tsitsipas reveals his GOAT of men's and women's tennis

During a visit to the Mouratoglou Academy, where he previously collaborated with the coach, Tsitsipas gave an interview shared by *Punto de Break*. When asked about the greatest player of all time, the Greek didn’t hesitate for a second:

"My GOAT is Roger Federer. Obviously, he’s not the player with the most Grand Slam titles, but to me, that doesn’t matter. What matters is the impact he’s had on the world of tennis and global sports as a whole. I’d compare him to Michael Jordan, and I feel lucky to have had the chance to share the tennis court with him.

It was probably one of the most majestic experiences of my life—stepping onto the court and playing against him. On the women’s side, I’d say Serena Williams. What she’s accomplished is incredible. Her story is unique, and I truly admire her. She has so much charisma and presence—I’ve spoken to her several times and, of course, trained with her."

After an early exit at Roland-Garros, Tsitsipas resumed training on grass before being spotted in Ibiza with Badosa. The couple shared footage of themselves on their respective social media accounts.
