If she comes back, I'm sure she'll let you know," Venus Williams on a potential Serena comeback
Venus Williams spoke at a press conference in Washington, where she is making her return to competition. At 45, the American tennis legend addressed the possibility of her sister Serena's potential comeback.
Though it’s not currently being considered, she stated: "I don’t know what she’s going to do. I don’t ask those kinds of questions.
We always hit the ball because that’s who we are—we always hit. Thanks to tennis, we have great legs and great arms.
So staying fit is part of her goal. I always tell my team that what would make things better is if she were here, like we’ve always done together, so of course, I miss her.
But if she comes back, I’m sure she’ll let you know.
