If someone can get my sister a few days off, that would be awesome!" Shelton's humorous reaction after qualifying for the Wimbledon Round of 16
After the Australian Open and Roland-Garros, Ben Shelton will be competing in the second week of Wimbledon.
In doing so, he has become the youngest American to reach the Round of 16 in three Grand Slams in a single season since Andy Roddick in 2004. On the court after his victory over Marton Fucsovics, Shelton shared a little anecdote about his sister, who has been with him since the start of the tournament:
"My sister, my good luck charm, has been at all my matches. She works at Morgan Stanley and is leaving on Monday… If someone can get her a few days off so we can keep this adventure going, that would be awesome!
