I'm trying to convince him to spend more weeks with me," says Zverev about his collaboration with Toni Nadal
Alexander Zverev reflected on his time at the Rafa Nadal Academy under the guidance of Toni Nadal.
During a press conference, the German player expressed his desire to spend more time with Rafa's uncle, but the latter currently doesn't have enough availability for him.
He stated: "It was incredible being in Mallorca. I spent about ten days there, worked hard, and really enjoyed it.
I think Toni enjoyed it too. I'm trying to convince him to spend more weeks with me—we'll see—but he's a very busy person.
Moreover, he has many commitments and meetings scheduled this year, so I don’t know if you’ll see him often this season, as he’s already tied up with many events.
But we’re definitely discussing a potential collaboration, and yes, I’ll probably be able to share more details in a few weeks when we know more.
But yes, I truly enjoyed my time there.
