Jacquemot falls at the last moment in the Limoges final
The final of the WTA 125 in Limoges pitted Elsa Jacquemot against Anhelina Kalinina this Sunday. Despite a quick break in the first set for the Frenchwoman, it was the Ukrainian who took the first set with a score of 6-3.
Immediately after, Kalinina broke her opponent right away, even before missing a double break point in the third set. Jacquemot then made a comeback to break back and then break her opponent during the 10th game.
Crack under pressure while serving for the match
A tight battle began between the two players in the decisive set. While the Frenchwoman probably thought she had done the hardest part by breaking her opponent, she was broken back immediately while serving for the match.
She then lost her service game again and fell with a score of 6-3, 4-6, 7-5.
