Janowicz criticizes Hurkacz's choice to hire Massu as coach: "It's one of the worst possible ideas"

During the offseason, Hubert Hurkacz decided to bring Ivan Lendl, as well as Nicolas Massu, former coach of Dominic Thiem, into his team.
His compatriot Jerzy Janowicz spoke on the matter, expressing skepticism about Massu's arrival: "Ivan Lendl is a very good move. But for Nicolas Massu, I think it's one of the worst possible ideas.
Looking at his way of playing, his technique, and his tactics, it doesn't suit Hubert at all. He needs someone who can teach him to be offensive in a consistent way.
And someone who can make him comfortable with that style of play, so he no longer feels afraid.
Because if there's something Hubert doesn't execute well and doesn't want to do, it's being offensive. And he really needs it.
He can do it, but I don't understand why it's so hard for him to transition from a game based on counters and defense to a more aggressive style."
