Video - Victim of an Achilles tendon rupture, Holger Rune is already hitting the ball... while sitting!

Less than two weeks after his Achilles tendon rupture, Holger Rune posted a video that's going viral: he is seen hitting the ball while sitting down, with a smile on his face. A strong message to his fans.

Just two weeks after suffering his Achilles tendon injury in Stockholm, Holger Rune has already found his way back to the court. Seated, with his right leg in a boot, the Dane hit a few forehands this Thursday.

On his social media, he shared a video accompanied by a message explaining that he wants to "make rehabilitation fun." As a reminder, the winner of the 2022 Paris Masters 1000 could be forced to miss the entire 2026 season.
