Lokoli speaks out on the case of Bouquier, threatened with death by a bettor: "One day, there will be a tragedy"
Laurent Lokoli had spoken a few months ago for L'Équipe about the violence and threats related to sports betting.
He had shared an anecdote about Stefano Travaglia: "A bettor was violently harassing Travaglia.
To the point that the tournament director had to intervene.
Travaglia had just lost his match, and the bettor was not happy. He was ready to fight."
Following the threats against Arthur Bouquier this Tuesday at the Thionville Challenger, Lokoli reiterated his statement: "I stand by it.
One day, because of this scourge, there will be a tragedy."
