Mensik asked to take a doping test in the middle of a match

During his match against Arthur Fils at the Next Gen Masters, Jakub Mensik faced a surreal moment.
Between the second and third sets, the anti-doping authorities asked him to take a test while he was away in the locker room.
On returning to the court, the Czech, obviously annoyed by the timing of this request, told the chair umpire (see video below).
Nacho Forcadell, the match's chair umpire, then passed on this information to the supervisor, who was also very surprised by this doping control request in the middle of a toilet break.
An unprecedented situation that didn't help Mensik stay in the match, when he was already down two sets to nil.
