In Thursday’s night session in Cincinnati, he made his debut against Mackenzie McDonald. He held his ground against the world No. 96, winning 7-5, 6-3.
This victory brings his 2025 season win-loss ratio to 58%, the best of his career, with 21 wins and 15 losses.
In the next round, he will face another American, Alex Michelsen.
