Mpetshi Perricard joins Shelton in Basel final

Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard continues his meteoric rise.

The young Tricolore, who has had an impressive 2024 season, has just dominated a fine Holger Rune to reach the final (7-6, 6-4).

Often dominated in the exchange, the 21-year-old right-hander held his nerve, relying on a destructive first ball and remarkable efficiency.

Taking advantage of a Dane who was still a little shaky, Mpetshi Perricard will now play in his second ATP final of the season against Ben Shelton.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
