Muller, Borges, and Munar Withdraw from the ATP 250 Chengdu Tournament
From September 17 to 23, during the Asian tour, the ATP 250 Chengdu tournament will take place. On this occasion, several players from the circuit will be present in the Chinese city, including Jack Draper, Lorenzo Musetti, Tallon Griekspoor, and Cameron Norrie.
On the French side, several players are also registered, such as Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, Gaël Monfils, and Terence Atmane. However, another French player initially registered will ultimately not be present in Chengdu, and that is Alexandre Muller.
Eliminated in the first round by Stefanos Tsitsipas at the US Open, the world No. 38 will skip this tournament, as will Nuno Borges (No. 41) and Jaume Munar (No. 44), who have also confirmed their withdrawals in recent hours. These withdrawals will benefit three players who will enter the main draw directly.
