Musetti and Two Other Major Withdrawals Confirmed in Stuttgart

The grass season will take over from the clay courts starting Monday, with the ATP 250 event in Stuttgart for the men.

Unsurprisingly, the proximity to Roland-Garros is causing issues for the German tournament, which will have to deal with the withdrawals of three top 20 players: Lorenzo Musetti, who will play in the semi-final against Carlos Alcaraz on Friday, as well as Tommy Paul and Frances Tiafoe, both defeated in the quarter-finals in Paris.

The Special Exempt (SE) spot has also been removed, allowing Roberto Bautista-Agut, Jacob Fearnley, Benjamin Bonzi, and Camilo Ugo Carabelli to enter directly into the main draw.
