One of the most memorable weeks of my life": Agassi moved after the Laver Cup

One of the most memorable weeks of my life: Agassi moved after the Laver Cup

"They never stopped believing": with this strong statement, Andre Agassi summarized the spirit of his team. A weekend of emotions and leadership that will remain a turning point in the Laver Cup.

For many fans who watched the 2025 edition of the Laver Cup, Andre Agassi was the man of the weekend. The American champion, appointed captain of Team World this year, managed to inspire his players and offered his best reactions throughout these three days.

Unsurprisingly, he expressed his great joy at having been able to participate in this experience during a press conference:

"Everyone played their part in what was one of the most memorable weeks I've ever spent on the court. It was truly a team. I am so proud of you guys. You were unshakeable. They never stopped believing.

What I take away from this group is how much they trust their abilities on the court. It’s not an illusion. It was incredible to see their calm in the midst of the storm. What I have learned is something I continue to learn, which is to listen more than to talk and to try not to get in their way.
