Rublev outclasses Arnaldi to reach the final!

Rublev outclasses Arnaldi to reach the final!

Andrey Rublev is feeling better.

Plunged into a spiral of negative results, the world No. 8 is enjoying a renaissance in Montreal.

A little like in Madrid a few months ago, Rublev is taking advantage of a good win to achieve a great result.

So, after knocking out Sinner in the quarter-finals (6-3, 1-6, 6-2), he didn't run out of luck on Sunday.

Faced with a confident but perhaps slightly blunted Arnaldi, the 26-year-old dominated proceedings to reach the final (6-4, 6-2 in 1h18).

His intensity in every shot was as impressive as ever, and the player with the fiery temperament will have the opportunity to claim a second Masters 1000 title this season.

He will face either Popyrin or Korda.

What a strange and magnificent season for Rublev!
