Statistics - Rublev, a sure thing on the ATP circuit

It may seem a strange thing to say in this context, but Andrey Rublev has been one of the tour's most consistent players at the highest level for several seasons now.

Although he's still very shaky mentally and faces an obvious glass ceiling at Grand Slams, the Russian is very often at the top of his game at the main events of the year.

The Montreal Masters 1000 was a case in point. Taking advantage of a draw full of surprises, but still defeating Sinner, the Russian reached the final, where he will face an astonishing Popyrin.

A statistic has just been released to illustrate the 26-year-old's consistency.
Since 2021, he is quite simply the only ATP Tour player to have reached 3 clay-court and three hard-court Masters 1000 finals (Monte-Carlo 2021 and 2023, Madrid 2024, Cincinatti 2021, Shangaï 2023, Montréal 2024).
