Ruud to Compete in the ATP 250 Stockholm Tournament in October
A top player has been confirmed for the 2025 edition of the Nordic Open. Casper Ruud, who was the No. 2 seed in the Swedish capital in 2024 and was defeated in the quarterfinals last year by Tallon Griekspoor (7-5, 7-6), will make his return to the ATP 250 Stockholm tournament at the end of the season.
The tournament organizers confirmed the news in recent hours. This year, Stockholm will host the participating ATP players from October 11 to 19.
Tommy Paul is the current defending champion, having defeated Grigor Dimitrov in a two-set final last fall (6-4, 6-3).
Other top players set to join the main draw for the 2025 edition are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
