Sabalenka easy against Andreeva in her French Open debut
Aryna Sabalenka qualified for the second round of the 2024 French Open at Roland-Garros with ease. The Belarusian gave Erika Andreeva (Mirra's older sister) a tennis lesson on the clay of Court Philippe Chatrier.
Winning 6/1, 6/2 in just over an hour, the world no. 2 advances to the 2nd round. There, on Thursday, she will meet the winner of the match between Moyuka Uchijima and Irene Burillo Escorihuela, both of whom came through the qualifying rounds.
