The 2025 edition of the Hopman Cup will be held in Italy
After 31 years in Australia, the Hopman Cup, a mixed exhibition event that kicked off the season, was replaced starting in 2019 by the ATP Cup and later the United Cup.
It was eventually revived in 2023, with an edition held in France, in Nice, before being canceled last year due to the organization of the Olympic Games in Paris.
According to reports from LiveTennis.it, the Hopman Cup will return to the calendar this year, from July 16 to 20. The 2025 edition will this time be hosted in Italy, in the city of Bari, with six countries represented by twelve players (men and women).
Donna Vekic and Borna Coric won the last edition against Switzerland's Céline Naef and Leandro Riedi.
