This is the best Carlos I've seen since the first round in all Grand Slams, Annacone gives his prediction for the US Open final

Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner will face off this Sunday for the final victory at the US Open. Paul Annacone, former coach of Pete Sampras and Roger Federer among others, gave his prediction for Tennis Channel.

He states: "Alcaraz and Sinner have both played the best tennis on the planet, which makes this final the only one that could crown the 2025 Grand Slam season.

This is the best Carlos I've seen since the first round of all his previous Grand Slam campaigns.

I think the momentum from this dynamic and his ability to play dynamically, north and south of the baseline in addition to east and west, will help him win this title.

He will also be able to use slices and varied trajectories to try to break Sinner's rhythm. Sinner has also played very well, but Alcaraz will win this title.
