Alcaraz has 18 trophies to his name at just 22 years old. A significant number that places the Spaniard among the most decorated players at the same age. The native of El Palmar ranks 7th, tied with Sampras and just ahead of Hewitt (17).
The four-time Grand Slam champion trails Becker and McEnroe (24), as well as his compatriot Nadal (26) and Connors (28).
Borg holds the record for the most trophies at this age with 37 career titles. The Swede won his first Grand Slam at just 18 (Roland-Garros 1974) and had 10 majors by age 22: Wimbledon (1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980) and Roland-Garros (1974, 1975, 1978, 1979, 1980).
