Beaten soundly (6-2, 6-2, 7-6), he nonetheless made a point of addressing a nice message to his wife and children: "To my wife, I love you! Thank you for putting up with me and being here with me. To my wonderful children, thank you for the smile you bring me every day. Every time I see them like this, I'm so grateful to be the daddy of these two adorable angels who are beginning to love tennis, moreover, more and more.
