Two days after his elimination, Medvedev continues training in Toronto
Daniil Medvedev did not start his American tour in the best way.
Eliminated in the quarterfinals in Washington and then in the third round in Toronto, the Russian is struggling to regain the form that helped him break through in these same tournaments six years ago.
While many players are already heading to Ohio and Cincinnati, Medvedev has chosen to stay in Canada for now. He was spotted training on the practice courts in Toronto by the media outlet TennisOne.
The world No. 14 worked on precision drills with his serve, a weapon he likes to rely on. He will try to turn things around on the courts of Cincinnati, a tournament he won back in 2019.
