Video - An emotional Musetti: "It's really a phenomenal day for me".
Lorenzi Musetti was overwhelmed by emotion after beating Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard (4-6, 6-3, 6-3, 6-2). Qualified for the Wimbledon quarter-finals for the first time in his career, the Italian struggled to find words in his post-match interview.
But he didn't forget to praise the Frenchman, particularly his monumental serve (see video below).

This is such an important day for me. I'm really happy with this victory against a formidable opponent (Mpetshi Perricard). I had a bit of trouble at first with his serve, just a bit (laughs). You can't imagine how difficult it is to return his serve. Even at the end, at 0-40 in the last game, he made me doubt again by serving two aces. It really is a phenomenal day for me."
