Video - Arthur Fils' 2024 season summary

Arthur Fils had a great year in 2024. The 20-year-old Frenchman achieved a career-best ranking in July with a 20th place in the world.

He also won two new titles, namely the ATP 500 Hamburg by beating Alexander Zverev and then the ATP 500 Tokyo against Ugo Humbert (see video below).

Throughout the year, the Bondoufle native achieved consistent results, beating Holger Rune, Alex De Minaur, Hubert Hurkacz, Ben Shelton and Matteo Berrettini (in addition to Zverev and Humbert).

At Grand Slam level, he reached the second week of a Major for the first time at Wimbledon. In the last 16, he lost to De Minaur.

Tennis TV has compiled the highlights of Fils' season, with some of his finest points won over the last twelve months.

In preparation for 2025, Arthur Fils will compete in the Next Gen ATP Finals in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The tournament takes place from December 18 to 22, and the Frenchman already reached the final last year. He lost to Hamad Medjedovic.
