Video - At 43, Serena Williams Shows Off Training Session
Serena Williams retired at the 2022 US Open after a third-round loss to Ajla Tomljanovic.
After a 17-year-long career, the American legend won 23 Grand Slam singles titles, along with 16 more in doubles. Three years after stepping away from the women's tour, the younger Williams sister reappeared in training this Friday by posting a video on her social media (see video below).
While no return to competition is planned for the former world No. 1, her older sister Venus, aged 45, will compete next week at the Washington tournament thanks to a wildcard.

And zero repurcussions for her.
WTA and media brushed it right under the rug.
