Corentin Moutet didn't have a great season. With the exception of a superb tournament at Roland-Garros, where he lost to Jannik Sinner in the Round of 16, the Frenchman hasn't really been convincing.
Ending the year ranked 70th in the world, Moutet once again shone with his ability to score some pretty mind-blowing points.
This point, achieved against Roberto Carballes Baena in the first round of the Hangzhou tournament (see video below), is the perfect illustration.
The Frenchman lost in over two hours and two sets (7-6, 6-1).
