Wawrinka, Gasquet: Roland-Garros Announces Men's Wild Cards
As Roland-Garros draws near, the tournament organizers have revealed the wild-card recipients. Unsurprisingly, Richard Gasquet has been granted an invitation for what will be his final tournament before retirement.
Stan Wawrinka, the 2015 champion and 2017 finalist, has also received a wild card, sparing him the three rounds of qualifying matches.
Already announced by their respective federations, Tristan Schoolkate and Emilio Nava have been awarded wild cards.
On the French side, Térence Atmane, Arthur Cazaux, Pierre-Hugues Herbert, and Valentin Royer are the other invitees.
In the qualifying rounds, young hopeful Moïse Kouamé will compete, along with Robin Bertrand, Geoffrey Blancaneaux, Sascha Gueymard Wayenburg, Mae Malige, Matteo Martineau, Luka Pavlovic, and Clément Tabur.
