Coco Gauff claimed her second Grand Slam title at Roland-Garros this Saturday. Following her victory at the US Open in 2023, the American once again defeated Aryna Sabalenka in the final to add another Grand Slam to her achievements.

For Chris Evert, all of this is not surprising: "She deserves this title. She grew up on clay and had already reached the final (in 2022 against Iga Swiatek). She now wins her second Grand Slam title.

She's been waiting for this for a long time. When we saw Coco at 15, we knew she would win more than one Grand Slam, and now she wins her second. It's truly incredible.
