Wimbledon convinced me to play differently," Swiatek reveals the keys to her Cincinnati victory

Iga Swiatek won the WTA 1000 in Cincinnati for the first time in her career, defeating Jasmine Paolini.
In an interview with Tennis Channel, the Polish player explained the keys to her success: "I've proven a lot of things throughout my career, but playing well in Cincinnati has always been a challenge on these fast hard courts. This really boosts my confidence.
I'm very happy to see the results of all this hard work. Wimbledon convinced me to play differently.
Today was a very tough day. I think we were both more tense than usual, as always happens in a final. I was glad to finish strong by focusing on the important points.
Maybe not everything was perfect, but mentally, I was ready to play the best tennis possible at that moment. I worked a lot on my mental game throughout the tournament to stay focused.
In Montreal, I wasn’t as strong in that aspect as I was here. I got very frustrated at times, but during this tournament, I stayed calm and consistent in my game.
