World No. 1 Jannik Sinner Celebrates His 24th Birthday!

On August 16, 2001, a certain Jannik Sinner was born in the town of San Candido, Italy.

Twenty-four years later, after choosing to dedicate his life to tennis, Sinner is currently the undisputed world No. 1 on the men’s tour, having claimed the throne in June 2024. He became the first player from his country to reach the top of the ATP rankings.

Winner of four of the last seven Grand Slams, the Italian will be the top favorite to defend his title in New York in just eight days.

At 24, he already boasts 20 titles, including the 2024 ATP Finals and four Masters 1000 trophies (Toronto, Miami, Cincinnati, and Shanghai). Currently competing in the semifinals in Ohio against Terence Atmane, Sinner will aim to add a fifth tournament of this caliber to his impressive resume.
