WTA Rankings: Swiatek Drops Another Spot, Maria Jumps 43 Places

The first week of the grass season, featuring the tournaments at Queen’s and ‘s-Hertogenbosch, has concluded. Madison Keys, a semifinalist in London, moves up two spots.

As a result, Mirra Andreeva and Iga Swiatek each drop one place, now ranking 7th and 8th, respectively.

Also a semifinalist at Queen’s, Qinwen Zheng takes the 4th spot from Jasmine Paolini, who chose not to play that week.

Queen’s champion Tatjana Maria makes a 43-place leap in the rankings, now sitting at 43rd. Runner-up Elena-Gabriela Ruse climbs 22 spots to 58th.

On the French side, only two players remain in the Top 100: Loïs Boisson at 67th and Léolia Jeanjean at 94th.

As for Diane Parry, she drops 19 places and exits the Top 100 once again.
