He may go out and play on monday. But he will be really not in to it with his full ambition...He will not put too much stress on his body. This match will be like AO 2020 SF where he still played with one leg and restricted movements. The only difference is that may be this time he is not injured seriously.

And regarding withdrawal he said clearly before tournament that quarters would be a great result for him... May be a 3 and half hour match he was not expecting in round three ... and he knows well if something happens now to his knee he cannot afford another one year to get it healed... anyway I wanted him play bertinni to get access his real form but roger knows the game and his body way better than all of us... so whatever his decision we have to respect it..

Federer played well but far from the level he himself wants to reach... his roger like forehand are not there instead leaking errors balls flying off court... backhand I would say ok not at his best but good.. service not at all good.. he was broken consecutively to a player who is outside top 50... more over the bp conversion ration is very poor and has been the case since couple of years... because good players won't give you that much breakpoint opportunities... his drop shots were amazing though... over an over with this kind of form he is going to struggle against any top 10 players... if he wins also it will be a struggle... and being a Roger Fan I hate to say this the level of nole and rafa currently is very high. I wish some wonder happens and roger get back his form by Wimbledon but looks unlikely ....
