Common guys! We need more and more comments for this match. It could very well turn out to be the match of the year.

Novak is the only player who has a chance to beat Rafa considering his form. I expect Nadal to play really well and win this in tough 4 sets. If it goes 5 then Novak may pull through like in Wimbledon 18. In a very close 5 setter, I feel Novak will have the mental edge to go even more. He is the number 1 for a reason.

On the other hand, Nadal has played so well in this tournament that he deserves the title. It would be a shame if he cannot win this after playing soo well.....

Rafa has a small mental block against joker not as big as Federers block.
Rafa is way better than Federer in handling pressure and big points but joker has mastered the art of beating Rafa.
He is the only guy who feeds on Rafas strength and that's Rafas spinning forehand and that's where the whole Dynamics changes. If Rafa can get joker to the nets more and keep the points shorts the way Federer does then things will be interesting otherwise I might not be surprised if joker takes this in 3 straight sets.

Rafa was already so dominant and dedicated at the age these 'next gens' are at currently. I think because he's had so many injures, he hasn't had much chance to improve as he's always 'coming back'. If he had the normal amount of injuries someone in their career would have, I think Novak would have stayed no. 2 most of his career. And in the 2012 AO, Rafa looked like he should have put Djoko away in that last set but Djoko came back to win it. Since then, it seems like Rafa has a mental block against him especially on hard courts. Rafas form going into the final this year, a lot of people expected him to win, but Djoko was on top of his game, and Rafa wasn't and was playing with nerves and frustration most of the match. If he stayed level headed, it would have been another block buster for sure. Maybe he needs to have a sports psychologist work with him!
