Please Roger ...play?
3
Mimi
Don't mind Roger loosing ever now and then but how @varun...he lost from Novak a week ago but I was happy with the way he played
3
bastion
Awful tennis, go out and bring in Karen.

Ideal for fans would be :

Fed beats Kev and Domi beat Kei, so Fed is 1 and Kev is 2.

So in SF we have Fed vs Zverev and Nole vs Kev.

And finale Fed ve Nole :) :)

I think Roger will be under huge pressure...Domi knows that...it will be tough for Roger...god defeat to Kei made this more difficult...
Bounce back Roger...fight hard...get into the Semis..

Well playing nishikori would have been easy for Roger than to play thiem. Thiem hardly makes error solid in defence and maximum time will sent the ball back to you and on the other hand Roger has made it a fashion to make heap of unforced error since us open. Anyway he is Roger federer and what ever the situation is his 83% approx win percentage always support him to win any sort of match. Hence obviously money will be on Roger but wouldn't be that easy for him if he doesn't start returning well and reduce unforced errors.

If Dominic plays the way he did against Rafa in New York I think he’ll beat Roger. But I’m going with Federer in three.
2
Genie
Every year I think: Federer is too old now...
Hope I'm wrong again )
2
Genie
Dominic was in the shadow of big four when he was young. Now it's time for him to step forward. Otherwise he can go to the shadow of "next gen", which becoming present gen rapidly.
2
varun alluri
That’s a pretty lofty expectation Mimi ??

If Kevin wins the first match today....then this a knock out for Roger...but not for Thiem....

If Kevin loses and Roger loses....then Kei should beat Thiem and Roger should beat Kevin...
It boils down to sets...If Kevin loses in 3 sets...Roger can't lose in straight sets and games too matter..

Holy cow all this because...Roger blew his chances....

It's only fair that he fight hard for his place now

varun alluri
I usually don’t keep track of those things lol. I just want him to watch every single one of his matches. Staying up till 1:30 here in Hyderabad to watch his match.

D) If three (3) players are tied, then:
If three (3) players each have one (1) win, a player having played less than all three (3) matches is automatically eliminated and the player advancing to the single elimination competition is the winner of the match-up of the two (2) players tied with 1-2 records; or
Highest percentage of sets won; or
Highest percentage of games won; or
The player positions on the Emirates ATP Rankings as of the Monday after the last ATP World Tour tournament of the calendar year.

Federer fan
Come on Roger.... Just play ur normal game tats enough to win in straight sets... 3 set win is not a safe option for semis...

Thiem in 3

Federer fan
Roger in 2.... Coz after every bad match Roger came back strong this season....
1
S. Vamshi
As Vismai said Roger had one interesting pattern right through the year...after every lame match he played the next match much better..
Though it is expected...Roger needs to bring more than that to court to beat Thiem...

Federer fan
Same here varun.... Will b waiting till 1:30 today also....
