Why are they having ceremonies before the match? It's already almost 11 pm there. What if it's a 5 setter? Let the match finish then sing as much as you want 🙄

I came here just to see how many people already wrote that it's easy draw for Nole 😂

As long as Novak wins this match against Muller, he'll be No1 again from the 11th of September, regardless of what happens by the end of the tournament. He is not defending any points, and he could only pile up on top of what he already got. Alcaraz can't get any additional points since he is defending the title. Points difference could be quite big by the end of the tournament. Never the less, I'm sure that Nole would rather win a title than care about ranking. Probably Alcaraz too

Except Djokovic and Carlos Alcatraz every palooka is out of form or not capable of beating these two! So I would say they both have got easy draws!
Djokovic will reach finals , where result depends on who comes from another half! If Carlos comes then it would be 50-50 if any other player comes, Djokovic will Smoke him away and get his 4th USO title!

Re. The singing thing. Ultimately many people are more bothered about the show than the actual sport sadly. In the UK here and I bemone current Wimbledon coverage. Used to be a great highlight program called 'today at Wimbledon' back to back tennis highlights. Great stuff. Now that same programme contains less than 50% tennis and the rest is chatshow guff about people's outfits and discussing players facial expressions. Utter garbage. Unfortunately this appears to be the way of things these days, the filler is more important than the main event.

What if tennis lost its soul? The case of robotized officiating, between tradition and a dehumanized modernity

Omnipresent cameras, line judges on the verge of extinction, mistakes that persist nonetheless: technology fascinates as much as it divides. Tennis, at a crossroads, is still searching for its balance between progress and emotion.

Struggles with injuries and lack of money: the double punishment for tennis players far from the Top 100 stars

A tennis player's income depends solely on his sporting results. In the event of injury, the daily life of those far from the Top 100 can become extremely complicated.

Is padel threatening tennis? Inside the revolution shaking up the established order
Adrien Guyot 06/12/2025 à 09h00
Born almost by accident in an Acapulco garden, padel has in fifty years become a global phenomenon that both fascinates and worries tennis. Its meteoric rise is already reshaping the landscape of racket sports.

Equal prize money: tennis faces an endless debate
Clément Gehl 19/12/2025 à 09h30
Behind the podium smiles, a divide persists: that of prize money. Between sporting fairness, television audiences, and economic weight, tennis is still searching for the right formula — but parity remains a match without a winner.
