I think Pegula, Zheng almost had Iga

✅ 32 successive wins
Let's Go for the No 3️⃣3️⃣ !
Jazda Iga 🇵🇱

Begu had Pegula more than Zheng had Iga 😂

Iga ❤️

I love both. But cheering for Miss Iga 🇵🇱

Let's go Pegula
1
Bobo.
Pegula can cause an upset here.
Against an inexperienced Zheng, Iga in the first set appeared tired and potentially beatable for the first time in a long while. It may have been once-off and the trigger she needed to get back on course to win RG.

Bobo.
Jessica Pegula isn't flashy but blimey she is a hard worker on and off the court. With a billionaire father there is no financial need to be on WTA tour. Her presence on tour reflects a strong work ethic, independence and sheer determination to make a name for herself. This is why she is in career best form in 2022. Jessica always troubled Ash Barty in their matchups.

No number 1 material this girl from Poland

I fear Jess is her only challenge left.

Iga Swiatek 👑🔥 the best and will be the greatest

Andi Soshal
Iga for the win, but I think Pegula could prove to be a real banana skin. Iga will have to be at her best. If she is at her best, it's on her racquet.
Khan09
I'll be surprised if Jess manages to cause an upset here.
Md Foizer H.
It will be a tight fight
Christine N
Jessica is holding her own so far. Wonder if the leg injury will become an issue as the match progresses.
Khan09
I'm liking what I see from Jess here, hitting them crisply
Khan09
What injury Nelles? Just because she has something taped on her thigh doesn't mean it's an injury
Khan09
That was a double bounce on that drop shot pick up from Iga..so now I see she is ready to cheat as well🙄
samiruffsankey
Iga isn’t the greatest sport that’s for sure @Khan. Holding up the game and server as well. There are worse but it’s expected to be better as the No.1 as you say.
Khan09
Not enough crowd to watch her play in a quarter-final of a slam..I wonder if it will be a full crowd even if she reaches the final😶 but I am confident Dasha's court craft will hold him in good stead in the semis
Khan09
Look at the number of UE's she has been making the last few rounds that I have watched her play..A decent player will get her like kasatkina
VillageIdiotDan
@Sami. Watching the earlier match, I'm inclined to agree
samiruffsankey
Daria doesn’t have the game to beat Iga. It’ll have to be a horror performance from Iga. Jess has more to her tennis, hits it harder and is consistent. Daria is consistent but not that aggressive.
Khan09
Just look at the match Sami, Jess has been missing or hitting UEs herself when she has half an opportunity on swiatek service games. If you can't even make use of the chances you are being presented with then it's of no use, the match up!
Khan09
Also the stats back it up..when was pegula's last win vs a top 10 player let alone top 5 and that too we are talking about WTA seedings here who all are out by the first couple of rounds more often than not
Khan09
Not doing enough on the big points neither is there any positive energy or emotion from her🥱

Last top 10 victory was away back in Australian open 4th round vs sakkari
Khan09
This is not worth watching..meet you in the semis all
