Shoaib, Even if Federer loses then Stan will thrash and decimate Nadal in the final. Federer is a lot more consistent in reaching the semis and finals unlike nadal who is prone to injury and inconsistency plagues him. Hi Anderson, You are spot-on with the analysis. But there are slender options that Federer needs to have a stranglehold in that matchup. His serve is a potent weapon even now. He can dictate the points with his serve towards the backhand of Nadal in the ad court and doing the same in the deuce court. This will allow Federer's forehand to come into play. Federer is also accoutred with a formidable game at the net. He can finish off the points very quickly by foraying to the net in an unpredictable way by putting Nadal in disconcerted positionn if he can't reign supreme from the back of the court. Please note that he has the best slice backhand and volley in the business right now. And also Nadal has the proclivity to stand way behind the baseline it will create a lot of opportunities for Federer to be ultra aggressive in his game plan.
