Editorial Charter
Last updated: 15/04/2026
The TennisTemple editorial team is committed to producing
reliable, verified, independent and impartial information. This charter describes the principles that guide our daily work.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made freely by the editorial team, under the responsibility of the editor-in-chief. No commercial, advertising or partnership pressure may influence the way information is handled. Editorial content is
clearly separated from sponsored or advertising content, which is always identified as such.
Rigor and Verification
All information is
verified before publication. We cross-check our sources, prioritize primary sources (official press conferences, player statements, ATP/WTA communications, partner news agencies such as AFP) and systematically cite the origin of our information.
Transparency
Our articles are
signed by their author, whose background and areas of expertise are publicly accessible on their profile page. When we rely on a third-party statement or publication, we indicate the source so that the reader can consult it directly.
Respect for Individuals
TennisTemple respects the
privacy of the players, coaches and public figures we cover. We do not share information that is strictly private unless there is a demonstrated public interest. Unverified rumors are not published.
Conflicts of Interest
Our journalists commit to
disclosing any personal, financial or professional connection that could create a conflict of interest with a subject being covered. Where applicable, coverage is assigned to another member of the editorial team.
Responsiveness to Errors
If an error is reported to us or we detect one ourselves, it is
corrected promptly and, when necessary, explicitly disclosed to the reader. See our
corrections policy.
