Davis Cup: Humbert beats Fonseca to give France its first point
Ugo Humbert took France's first point against Brazil against young talent Joao Fonseca, winning the match in two sets (7-5, 6-3).
The first set was a tight affair, but the French No.1 was able to hold on to Fonseca's serve at 6-5 and was very aggressive on the return.
In the second set, he broke quickly and held on for the rest of the match.
A solid victory for Humbert, which sets the stage perfectly for the French team in Orléans before the match between Arthur Fils and Thiago Seyboth Wild.
