Game, Set, Matchmaker: The Romantic Series Launched by the US Open
The US Open has decided to bring plenty of novelties to the 2025 edition of the tournament. After introducing a new mixed doubles format, the organization has now launched an original web series titled: *Game, Set, Matchmaker*.
Streaming on YouTube, filmed during Fan Week, and premiering on the day of the main draw opening, this show will feature Ilana Sedaka (24), nicknamed "The Champion." A former figure skating champion turned Pilates instructor, she will be on a quest to find love over eight episodes.
“The US Open has always been one of the most iconic sporting events in the country, and growing up just 30 minutes from Arthur Ashe Stadium, it was something I looked forward to every summer. I’m open to any connection, ready to compete, and excited to be part of something bigger. I hope to bring a little joy, a little chaos, and a lot of authenticity to the court,” she said.
Among her suitors are influencers, tennis fans, and even social media personalities.
