Hurkacz explains his withdrawal from Munich: "I want to be 100% ready, and I'll be back soon"
Hubert Hurkacz hasn't been seen on court in an official match since his defeat to Alex de Minaur at Indian Wells.
Suffering from a back injury, the Pole just announced his withdrawal from the Munich tournament on his social media.
He stated: "I’ve decided to skip Munich. It’s been a period of hard work behind the scenes, and I’m seeing the progress I wanted.
The truth is, I want to return to the courts when I’m confident, healthy, and fully prepared. I’m getting there, and I’ll be back soon!
As always, thank you for your support."
