Moutet benefits from Marozsan's withdrawal to enter the main draw of the Stuttgart tournament

Withdrawals are piling up this Friday regarding next week's tournaments, which mark the start of the grass season. In 's-Hertogenbosch, Fils, De Minaur, Griekspoor, and Korda have pulled out, but the same is happening in Stuttgart, another tournament starting on Monday.
In recent hours, Matteo Berrettini, a two-time champion in Germany (2019 and 2022), withdrew. The latest player to confirm his withdrawal is Fabian Marozsan.
The last-minute absence of the world No. 56 benefits Corentin Moutet, initially registered for qualifying, who will now enter the main draw directly following the Hungarian player's withdrawal.
Good news for the 26-year-old Frenchman, who will now get proper preparation on grass, having played only two matches on the surface last year (in Halle qualifying).
