One thing I won't miss is the food," Murray jokes about his end of collaboration with Djokovic
Coach of the Serb since November 2024, Murray and Djokovic have mutually agreed to end their collaboration. Following this announcement, the Grand Slam record holder stated:
"We hadn't committed to a very long term. Australia had been a test. We then agreed to work in Indian Wells and Miami. On clay, we decided to take it tournament by tournament. And we agreed on this separation. We both felt that we couldn't get more out of this partnership on the court. My respect for Andy remains the same."
The Briton, for his part, responded by thanking the former world number one. He also took the opportunity to joke about the player's diet:
"One thing I won't miss is the food. He was always trying to make me eat vegan. I don't want sandwiches with nothing in them and chickpeas at every meal.
