Shang also withdraws from Miami, Halys takes advantage

Juncheng Shang had just withdrawn from the Indian Wells Masters 1000. A few hours later, his withdrawal from Miami was also confirmed.

"Jerry" had reached the semifinals of the ATP 250 in Hong Kong but got injured.

He had attempted to play at the Australian Open but had to retire before the end of the second set in the first round.

This withdrawal by Shang allows Halys to take his place and thus avoid the qualifying rounds.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
