Sinner in physical decline against Alcaraz?
Jannik Sinner got off to a very, very good start in his semi-final against Carlos Alcaraz, but it looks as though the Italian may be suffering a physical setback, with the two men tied at one set all (6-2, 3-6) after 2 hours of play.
Sinner is already suffering from the beginnings of cramps (in his right forearm and right hand, he has called in the physio), while also starting to give the impression of limping (the return of his hip problems?).
On the other side of the net, Alcaraz doesn't seem to be in top form either (right forearm too?). The Spaniard's first serve speed has clearly diminished.
Probably the result of a combination of stress and the monumental intensity of the early match between the two players.
