Stats - Nishikori Becomes the 8th Active Player with 450 Wins or More
Kei Nishikori made a successful debut at the Madrid Masters 1000 against Aleksandar Vukic. The Japanese player secured a 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 victory.
This win marks his 450th career victory on the ATP Tour. He becomes the 8th active player with at least that many wins, trailing behind Novak Djokovic (1,136), Richard Gasquet (609), and Marin Čilić (590), among others.
When asked about this milestone and how many of these wins he remembers, Nishikori jokingly replied, "Probably 10. I have a bad memory."
