Suspended for doping, how is Jannik Sinner spending his forced break?
Jannik Sinner, banned from competition until May 4 due to traces of clostebol found in his urine, is keeping himself busy as best he can.
The Italian is not allowed to participate in the tour, even for simple training sessions. However, the world number 1 continues to work intensely on his tennis on his own.
He is also using this time to spend time with his family and friends, taking advantage of this break to relax.
He made a stop in Dubai, where he visited tennis facilities, before heading to northern Italy to ski, a sport he regularly practiced in his childhood.
Finally, he was spotted in Milan at a Gucci fashion show, a brand he represents as an ambassador.
The tour will welcome back the two-time Australian Open champion at the Rome Masters 1000, in front of his home crowd from May 8 to 19, 2025.

He has been suspended for an absurd rule about objective responsibility over nano-contamination, a rule which is gonna change pretty soon because of its evident absurdity, given the fact that the possibility of such micro contaminations is extremely hard to control by players, and the situation could even get worse in a next future with the ever growing sensibility of tests.
